Personal Training is our primary service and available to all players, ages, and abilities. We aim to provide detailed education and develop sessions tailored specifically to each player. We understand every player learns differently and develops at different speeds. We individually assess each player and design a robust and flexible training plan to accelerate learning. We provide short term and long term goals for the player to work towards.

What is a personal training session?

A Personal training session is all about you as a player. We explore and assess your game, listen to player, parent and club coach feedback in order to help the player develop. We have become experts in the technical game with delivering over 5000 personal training sessions over the past 5 years. We have a great team who can assess players very quickly and look to provide each player tight a detailed development plan. Our aim is provide every player with the confidence and growth to progress their game in a safe and challenging environment.

What ages do we run personal training for?

Personal training is available to players aged 5 to adult. We believe in creating good habits young which allows us to teach more detailed and progressive learning when they player matures. A lot of the time we are correcting bad habits in order to help players gain confidence on the ball but if we start the player early then we can make sure the habits are good habits.

What are the main topics we teach?

We see on average 100 players a week for sessions and all come with a very common theme. We aim to make every player using both feet and the correct body mechanics to make their game faster. We explore the techniques of ball handling and confidence when having the ball. Some of the most common topics we teach are:

  • Vision and Awareness

  • Two Foot Development

  • Movement On and Off The Ball

  • Theory technical and tactic information

  • Body Development and Strength

How do I book a session?

All of our personal training hours are bookable through our online booking service. Every coach will have their own online calendar from which they will add hours for each season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Pre-Winter, Winter). the coaches will add the hours before each season. Regular players are given the first option on continuing their development into the next season before the remaining hours are placed on the system.
