- What do I need to bring?
Please bring outdoor cleats, shin guards, and plenty of water. Players may also bring a hat and sunblock.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
The Next Gen office manager will be watching the weather forecast and will make contact via the app and email if we have to make any changes to the camp timetable. Each camp is 4 days in length and if we have to add a day we will add the Friday if another day is missed due to weather.
- My son or daughter does not feel the group they are in is challenging enough.
Our Next Gen coaches will be watching the players during their time at camp. We will be moving players to different groups if we want to challenge the player differently. If your child wants to change groups please tell the attending coaches that you wish to change and they will look at your request.
- What happens if I miss a day of camp, Can we make it up?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any make-up sessions. If Next Gen cancels a day of camp we will add the Friday to the camp week.
- Can parents stay and watch camp?
Absolutely. We often get a large number of parents and guardians staying to watch camp.
- How do we communicate any changes to the camp schedule?
We will send out a push notification as well as a text message and email. Please check your SPAM folder for any correspondents.
- How do we divide the groups at camp?
All players are divided into small groups by age groups. We will move players based on previous knowledge of their performance. After day 1 of camp, the groups are always reviewed and players are moved based on ability.
