The High Development Program was created to provide an environment for players to train in a high level fast paced environment. The HDA is a 6 week program that will run November and December. Each hour session is divided into 4 training stations working on different attributes.

What is the HDA?
The HDA is a program we have run for many years developing players who are serious about their education and development. Each session is designed push the player to his or hers limits. Players are tested in individual competition vs small group play.
Session timetable -
Station 1 - Fitness and Strength - Breaking Speed
Station 2 - Body Movement and ball confidence
Station 3 - Ball distribution
Station 4 - Gameplay scenario (overloads vs underloads)

When are the HDA sessions?
The HDA is a 4 week course starting in November (pre winter season). The sessions will be held on a Monday evening.

8pm - High School Ages and above

Who can sign up for the program?
Before this has been an invite only program, we are now opening this program up to some of our new players coming in. Players are assessed in for different attributes:
